Today I had two installers and an apprentice from the company come to my rented apartment in Schüttorf to install new radiators, etc. They were incredibly friendly. The work was excellent and very clean. You can be proud of such employees! Thank you! 😊

Heating systems were installed. The installers did the job quickly and in a way that looked good. They really put in a lot of effort. Unfortunately, it leaked, which damaged my laminate flooring. The installers came the next day to fix the problem. There was initially a misunderstanding about the damage, but Mr. Möller resolved that sensibly. It's okay to make mistakes. That's what we're human for. Ultimately, it's about how you deal with them and whether you take responsibility for them. And that's exactly what Mr. Möller did.

We had a water leak behind the water meter. We called, and the technician arrived the same day, or less than four hours later, and repaired it. And this was at a time when it's nearly impossible to find tradespeople. The customer service is, as always, excellent. We've never experienced long waiting times with this company. Whenever we need anything, we call Möller and always feel very well taken care of. Thank you so much! 🙏

We can recommend Möller without reservation. The two installers, in particular, did a great job. They explained (even intermittently) what was happening or what was supposed to happen, and the construction site (an existing building) was left tidy every day. The system (a Bosch heat pump) was already running as expected on the first day.

When it came to installing a heat pump, I had a good feeling from my very first conversation with Mr. Möller that this company could be the right one. Within the agreed timeframe, four tradesmen—Hans, Stefan, Sabit, and Nico—arrived and completed all the work to my complete satisfaction. They were competent, reliable, and friendly, each with their own area of ​​expertise. They were also always ready to answer my questions about technical details in detail. They discovered minor misadjustments on the old heating system and fixed them in no time. Even after the installation and payment of the invoice, Stefan and Hans were still there to check if everything was alright. Kudos also to the administration and office staff, who are perfectly organized and communicate in a friendly manner.
